STEP 8 - A WELL-RESTED BODY

The next step to overall wellness is managing your stress levels and getting enough rest!

Now, there are many ways to accomplish this, and we can cut out stressors to a point, but it is unrealistic to expect us to be able to cut all stress from our lives. There are many events in the winter that can add stress—holidays, school projects, and end of the year reviews at work, among others.
